1. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and imagery, but minor variations may occur.

  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.


2. Order Process

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason (e.g. stock error, suspicious activity).

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer UK shipping only via Royal Mail.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary, but we aim to dispatch within 5 working days.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers.


4. Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order, but if not:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Email bravodogtraininguk@gmail.com for return instructions.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of receiving returned goods.

  • Non-returnable items: Customised/personalised items, perishable goods, or sale items unless faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.


5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase unless the order has already shipped.

  • For made-to-order goods, cancellations may not be accepted once production begins.

 

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We comply with UK GDPR

  • Personal data is used solely for order fulfilment, marketing (if opted in), and customer service.

  • We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
